Think and Wash - Refund Policy
1. Lost Clothes Refund Policy
- In the unfortunate event of clothes being lost during the laundry process, Think and Wash will refund 40% of the total value of the lost items.
- The remaining 60% will be provided as a washing claim, which can be utilized for future laundry services.
- The decision on the value of the lost items and the washing claim amount will be determined solely by Think and Wash.
2. Claims Process
- Customers must report any lost items immediately within 48hrs and if not we are not responsible for any sort of action
- Claims for lost items must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of service.
- Think and Wash reserves the right to investigate the claim before issuing a refund or washing claim.
3. General Terms
- Think and Wash is not liable for any damage to items that are not suitable for standard machine washing and drying.
- Customers are responsible for checking their pockets and removing any items before submitting them for laundry.
- Think and Wash reserves the right to refuse service for items that are excessively soiled, contaminated, or pose a risk to the equipment or staff.
4. Refund Disputes
- In the event of a dispute regarding a refund or washing claim, Think and Wash's decision will be final.
- Customers may escalate disputes by contacting the management directly.
5. Liability
- Think and Wash will not be held liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from the loss of items or any other services provided.
6. Changes to Terms
- Think and Wash reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
